The story behind Occhio Tec
Occhio Tec Sdn Bhd was established in 2012, initially as Occhio Technology — a sole proprietor business enterprise undertaking the design and installation of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for various residential and commercial sectors.
From this humble beginning, the company gradually expanded into a reputable electrical low voltage contracting firm specialising in the building and maintenance of security systems and networking for high-rise condominiums and commercial warehouses.
Besides general electrical low voltage contracting, we have also gained a niche in installing security systems focusing on the mid-high to high-end condominium market.
To date, Occhio Tec has grown to be a reputable provider in many high-end condominiums in the Mont Kiara, Bangsar and KLCC areas for service and maintenance — as clients’ expectations have grown and keeping a system working has become the prime focus.
Today the company is led by its founder and Managing Director, Tommy Chew. We work alongside management corporations, joint management bodies and property managers to keep CCTV, access control, barrier gates and intercom working, well documented and cost-effective to own.
We diagnose before we quote, and we repair rather than replace wherever the equipment still has life in it. When replacement is genuinely the right call, we show the committee the reasoning, not just the invoice.
Our reach now goes beyond Mont Kiara, Bangsar and KLCC to Desa Park City, Bukit Jalil, Petaling Jaya, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and Klang.
